Abandoned by his father, cut off from his trust fund, Pablo struggles to pay the bills and find a job. #relatable! Wait, is this a show about broke college kids or rich high school students? Anyway, he’s not to worry, because Guido has a plan! Oh, Lord. Pablo, in another display of terrible judgment, opts to listen to him.
Back at school, Mia’s gone off to France and Manuel is emo…for about five seconds, because then he looks up and sees some super hot girl walk into the school. Damn, I bet Mia’s not even on the plane to France yet, and Manuel’s already getting ready to cheat. Her name is Sabrina, and she was the girl from the party Erreway was supposed to play, until Marizza canceled their gig to play a charity show that they could’ve scheduled at any time. I’m just saying. She’s pissed that they canceled, because when she was little, she had leukemia, and this was going to be her first birthday out of the hospital. She fought to live so that she could make out with someone from Erreway at her party! If she had known they were going to ditch her, she would’ve just let herself DIE. The pathos! Manuel’s like, “Well dang, nobody told us you were dying of leukemia, we thought it was just a birthday party.”

Diego is also emo, lying around in his room crying over Marizza. He finds a note under his pillow from Marizza, apologizing to him and telling him she still cares. Diego’s all twitterpated. The video for “Será de Dios” ensues, because I bet no one’s sick of hearing that song three days in a row.
Guido’s plan to earn Pablo money is to…employ him in the Lassens’ butcher shop. Oh. That’s actually a pretty good idea. As ever, I feel uncomfortable by Guido being the useful one of their trio. Pablo and Tomás are all, “Oh God, the stench of the working class is making me nauseous!” I don’t know why Tomás is there. Isn’t he taking money away from Pablo, if they have to split the paycheck between them? Anyway, within like five minutes of starting his new job, Pablo meets some hot girl. She tells him that she likes guys who work for a living, and hates guys who rely on their parents for money. Pablo’s all like, “Oh, totally, I hate those guys with rich, corrupt parents. I’m just a working class dude who loves manual labor!” They flirt badly, but Pablo manages to score a date with her.

Meanwhile, Tomás is fucking up, to the surprise of no one. Seriously, why did they even bring him along?
Rocco’s following Vico down the street, like a total weirdo. She catches him, and he confronts her about telling Guido that they’re dating. She blusters that she just wanted to get Guido off her back, and she didn’t want him to hurt Rocco for lying, and that’s totally it, and she’ll be running away now. Rocco offers to like, be her boyfriend for real and protect her from all her messy life problems, and Vico’s like, “I have no problems!” and runs away for real this time. Not that that stops Rocco from following her anyway. He follows her home, and sees Papa Vico take her money, and then emotionally abuse her some more.

Marizza and Andres begin to put their plan to kick Hilda out into action. Marizza steals Hilda’s keys while she’s asleep, and she almost gets caught, but then she doesn’t.

Etchamendi calls Dunoff and is like, “So I heard a bunch of students snuck out and went to a concert at the Parque de la Costa, what’s up with that?”
Manuel emos over Sabrina, and how she fought for her life, but Erreway let her down. Erreway was the only thing she had to live for? That’s pretty sad. Francisco tells him not to beat himself up, but Manuel’s martyr complex is like, “No! Her post-leukemia depression is ALL MY FAULT!” Lola rocks up and says she’s made a CD of the show — so, what, 4 songs’ worth of Erreway’s janky live singing? — and Francisco says Manuel should give it to Sabrina, as an olive branch.
Meanwhile, Hilda’s found “Octavio”‘s number, and she gives it to Sonia. Sonia calls him and arranges to meet with him.
Alex hasn’t called Feli, and now she’s crying because he’s not into her anymore. If Alex dropped her just because of something frickin’ Blas said, I wouldn’t cry too hard over him. Sol tells her as much, and advises to forget him. Feli cries that Alex is like the fourth boy to punk out on her over the course of the show. Man, her relationship history is really sad, when you put it that way. Sol calls up some guy, Nick, and asks him out, on the condition that he brings a friend for Feli. Feli’s like, “Aren’t you with Tomás?” and Sol’s like, “Stop saying words.”

Diego’s all in love with Marizza again, and he goes to see her at home. He makes out with her in front of Sonia and Hilda, which is mega hella awkward, but neither Diego nor Marizza are bothered by this. Hilda tells them to knock it off with the PDA, and Sonia sides with her. Marizza is not pleased at all by this.
After a hard day of work, Pablo and Tomás whine about how gross being a butcher is and how nasty Guido’s life is, basically. If I were Guido, I’d be like, “Fine, enjoy being broke, then,” but he doesn’t. Pablo’s happy to have met that random hot chick, though, and invites Guido and Tomás along. Guido BSes that he has another girl to hook up with, by which he means he’s going to go back to school and cry over Vico; and Tomás is all, “Me and Sol are dating, and that means we don’t cheat on each other!” Poor dumb Tomás. When he calls to ask her along, she tells him she can’t — Tomás still refuses to believe she’s cheating on him, but agrees to come party with Pablo. Guido’s adorable parents thank the boys for a job well done, and Mama Guido offers to make them dinner. The boys don’t take her up on it, because they are jerks who don’t appreciate their mothers enough.

Pablo’s like, “You know what? Earning my own money actually feels kind of good, disgusting plebeian labor aside,” and Guido suggests that he call Papa B and taunt him with the fact that he’s independent now. Like Destiny’s Child! Seriously, though, what a terrible idea. I guess Guido is only allotted one decent brainflash per episode. Pablo also thinks that’s terrible, but it doesn’t matter, since Papa B has found out about his new job anyway. He’s like, “My son! Working in a butcher shop! How hilarious!” Then he lets out this incredibly fake evil laugh. What the hell?

Rocco is still spying on Vico. Jesus, he’s been here for like hours. Anyway, Vico’s dad is still being a jerk — he BSes that he’s going out to see someone (Vico’s half-brother? I don’t know), but won’t let Vico come along, as he wants her to stay home and be his maid. Vico sees a magazine(?) in his bag and realizes he’s going to blow her money on horse racing, but when she confronts him, he hits her. Rocco is shocked and appalled.

Sonia stares dramatically out a restaurant window and flashbacks to that time Martavio stopped her from committing suicide in the desert. Then she sees him across the restaurant — he’s meeting her there, I guess? — and she’s all like, “OMG, Martavio is that guy! I know this because he looks the exact same as he did 15 years ago!” and faints dead away.

Manuel borrows Feli’s cell phone. Feli gets suspicious, but Sol drags her off before she can eavesdrop. She chirps that Feli is going to have lots of fun on their double date, and needles her that Sol won’t let her down — “My name’s not Mia Colucci,” she snarks.
Andres calls Marizza and chirps that he’s found some random hobo to install in Hilda’s apartment. Marizza tells their plan to Diego, and I was hoping he’d be like, “What the fuck, that’s fucked up,” but he’s 100% up Marizza’s ass and is like, “OMG, letting some rando into her house just because you don’t like her is an AMAZING idea.” He tries to mack it with her some more, and Marizza finally is like, “Aren’t you mad at me?” What? She didn’t think to ask that earlier? Whatever. Diego says her note cleared the air between them, and Marizza clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about, but she pretends like she does. Diego sighs that he was just telling Pilar that he wanted a sign from Marizza, and isn’t it lucky that he got one! Marizza’s like, “Yikes.”

Rocco finally rings the doorbell and announces his presence. Vico tells him to go away, but Rocco’s like, “No, I must fix you!” He pushes his way into her house and starts helping with her chores. Aw. He asks who that scary guy yelling at her was, and Vico lies and says he’s her mom’s boyfriend. She doesn’t want to expand further, and Rocco agrees to drop it. Vico is all twitterpated by how he respects her boundaries. I mean, compared to the rest of the guys on this show.

Pablo and Tomás get ready to go out. Guido is salty with them, and they’re like, “What’s his deal?”, but then they forget about him in the prospect of getting laid. Pablo tells Tomás that these girls don’t like rich kids, so Tomás cannot, under any circumstances, reveal that they’re rich or that Pablo is the mayor’s son. Oh, Pablo. You should know how giving Tomás instructions turns out by now. The girls show up, and Pablo and Tomás BS that they don’t have any money to go to the club or anything. Jesus, Pablo, being poor doesn’t mean you have absolutely zero money on you at all times. “Why don’t we go to your apartment?” Tomás derps. The girls get all offended at the idea that Pablo has an apartment, and Pablo has to cover and say that it’s not his. Because…there’s no way a working-class person can rent a place to live? Why don’t Pablo and Tomás say they’re roommates? I’m starting to think the people who write this show have never met a poor person in their lives.

Martavio’s friend/hairdresser/whoever is like, “This plan is going a bit shit, maybe you should give up,” and Martavio’s all, “No, she recognized me right before she fainted! I know she did!” and his friend’s like, “Okay, whatever, continue. Or don’t, I don’t give a shit.” I kind of love this guy.

Marizza calls Lujan and tells her to invite Pilar over so she can beat her up or whatever. Lujan goes off, and passes Marcos and Fernanda walking together. Ouch. Marcos gets a call from his dad, saying that his mom is asking for to see Lujan. Marcos is all hurt, but whatever, that’s his own fault for ditching Lujan with his mom to go hit on Fernanda.

Pilar’s hanging with her dad; Dunoff’s trying to convince his in-laws that he has no idea where Mama D is. Yeah, where did she even go off to? Lujan tells Pilar that she’s invited to Marizza’s house, and Pilar gets adorably excited that someone wants to hang out with her. Oh, Pilar. Dunoff tries to stop them, but Pilar makes a break for it. Francisco also tries to stop them at the door to talk, but Pilar’s like, “Dude, I gotta get out of here before my dad sees me! You can come too, let’s just MOVE!” Hee.
Marcos stops Lujan and tells her his mom wants to see her. Lujan snarks that maybe he should send Fernanda. “Someone has to tell her that you and me are done,” she says. Burn!
Sonia tells Hilda that she remembers Martavio — when she saw him, he suddenly brought up memories that she had repressed, because they were just too much for her. That’s a nice way of saying that those memories were just invented for this season. Hilda is skeptical, but then Martavio calls Sonia and wants to meet again. Sonia agrees, and tells him that she wants to offer him a job in the theater, since she liked his standup performance at the pub so much. Speaking of the pub, does he remember that night he was sitting right near her and Dunoff, and he overheard their conversation? Martavio clams up and flashbacks to Dunoff saying that Marizza can’t be his kid, but he lies and says he didn’t hear anything. I swear, I’m not following this conversation at all. Why is she even asking? Who even cares? I certainly don’t. Hilda does, though — she’s watching from afar, and is apparently finding this all shocking, even though none of it makes sense.
Then Andres runs up and interrupts their chat, saying he’s looking for Hilda. He needs to tell her that there’s a hobo in her apartment! “Say WHAT?” Hilda squawks from across the restaurant.

Papa B sends over some guys to remove all the furniture in Pablo’s apartment, which really kills Pablo’s boner.

Feli and Sol meet their dates, and Sol is all appalled that her date is wearing glasses. Like a nerd! He needs to get a makeover and an eyebrow ring before it’s socially acceptable to be seen with him. How does Sol even know this guy if she’s never met him before?

All the kids arrive at Marizza’s house. “What are you doing here, Francisco?” she asks. “Don’t you remember, you invited me?” he asks. Marizza: “No.” Hee! He tries to hint to her that she TOTALLY DID, because he is here for REASONS, if she gets his drift. However, Lujan is not here, because she doesn’t love herself and has gone to see Marcos’s mom anyway. Marizza confronts Pilar about sending the note to Diego, and Pilar fesses up. But she only did it because wanted Diego and Marizza to be happy! Marizza’s like, “Oh, then that’s fine,” and they hug it out. Then Dunoff calls and snaps that Pilar better be over there, because he is not happy that she snuck out. Marizza lies and says Pilar’s not there, and tells Dunoff that he might as well come over to see for himself.

They then all proceed to play strip…something, with all the girls conveniently having to take their shirts off every time a card is flipped over. What an excellent time for Dunoff to ring the doorbell! For some reason, Marizza doesn’t see this coming at all, and she answers the door in her bra and is all, “Oh shit, Pilar, it’s your dad!” YOU TOLD HIM TO COME OVER, MARIZZA.

Manuel goes to see Sabrina, but the woman at her house says Sabrina’s in the hospital. When Manuel goes to see her, though, the receptionist can’t find anyone by the name of Sabrina Guzman there. She wanders off to see if there’s been a mistake, and some random nurse is like, “Oh, you’re looking for Sabrina Guzman? Follow me!” like Manuel’s not a total stranger. Security at this hospital is very lax. When he opens the door, he’s all, “Sabrina?!” Maybe she’s already dead from the trauma of not seeing Erreway. It happens to the best of us.
