Mia, Feli, and Vico get down to sharing their secrets, with Pilar’s recorder happily humming away outside the door. Mia tells Vico and Feli that she’s not ready to have sex. Vico’s like, “Yeah, we knew that.” Mia babbles on about how she wants to wait until she and Manuel have been dating for 10 years and have exchanged vows and have a dog together or whatever. Feli thinks this is romantic; Vico’s like, “But don’t you like…have needs?” Mia and Feli both think waiting is more important than their hormones, and Vico clearly feels judged by them.
Now it’s time for Feli’s turn! She starts talking about how boys have never liked her, but she’s always dreamed about having a boyfriend, and so — hey, what’s that sound? Pilar’s tape recorder clicks off, and all the girls freak out. Pilar barges in and pretends she didn’t know their party was going on, and they all briefly freak out that she might’ve heard them. Then they’re like, “Whatever.”
Back at the party, Pablo waltzes in with Lola on his arm. Marizza gets all salty and jealous, and she’s about to go get in their faces, but then Diego rocks up and pulls her away. Dante is equally jealous, not that Lola even looks twice at him. Heh. Sucks to be you, Dante.
Marcos is moping around the hallway, being all mad that his mom likes Lujan better than him. Dude, at this point, I think everyone likes Lujan better than you, Marcos. Fernanda tells him that the nurse said that Lujan’s been visiting his mom for a while now, but Fernanda banned her from visiting, so everything’s fine now. Uh, why does Fernanda have any say in who visits Marcos’s mom? She’s not even a relative! Whatever. Anyway, Fernanda wants to go party, and starts whining at Marcos that he never thinks about her needs. Marcos is all like, “Ugh, WOMEN, always asking me to PUT EFFORT into our relationship!” and storms off all mad at her.

Like five minutes into the party, Martavio rocks up and announces that he’s their chaperone in lieu of Blas. He tells them that he’ll give them another three hours to party, because he’d prefer that they’re inside the school instead of out clubbing. He’s all, “Because if you’re gonna drink, I’d rather you do it in the house!”

He’s not a regular teacher, he’s a cool teacher.
Manuel’s taken Sabrina outside to talk about their feelings, and she vents about her doctors’ appointment to him. Manuel’s like, “OMG, your life is so hard and you are so noble!” They stare at the moon together and Manuel gives her his jacket. But like, platonically.

Augustina, Guido’s girlfriend from like a million episodes ago, shows up at the party. Guido is hella desperate to get her back, and she seems pleased by his attention. Uh, Augustina, have you forgotten that the last time you saw him, he was lying about being rich and stealing to cover up his lie? Guido begs her forgiveness, and Augustina’s dumb ass is all flattered that he still likes her.

Back at the secret-sharing party, Feli is going on about her ideal guy and how she fantasizes about him coming to her and bringing her flowers and chocolates. Vico — who, God love her, is the only practical one in this circle — is like, “Uh, but Feli, does this guy like…look like anyone? Have a personality?” “Well, he’s always wearing a denim jacket,” Feli says. Specific! Mia gushes that Feli’s denim-wearing prince will come — in fact, that’s probably him knocking at the door, right now! Mia and Feli squeal that her dream guy is literally right outside the door, while Vico’s like, “This is ridiculous.” Heh. But no, it’s not a guy at all — it’s just Pilar, here with some excuse to retrieve her recorder.

Once she leaves, the girls switch their focus to Vico. They assure her that no matter what her secret is, they’ll help her — but Vico has a flashback to Martavio talking about domestic violence, and Mia saying that those things just don’t happen to people with money. Oh, MIA.
Manuel and Sabrina are still outside. Manuel’s got a bonfire going, and they’re sharing a blanket. TOTALLY PLATONIC. They talk about their futures, and Manuel immediately says he sees his with Mia. That is definitely not what Sabrina wants to hear, and she starts musing out loud that she’s surprised, because she just always got the vibe that he and Mia like, weren’t really that into each other, you know? It’s like there’s something missing from their relationship! Something that would like, make it…you know, complete. Manuel’s like, “I guess there is,” and Sabrina smirks.

Sabrina, honestly. All this effort for Manuel? RAISE YOUR STANDARDS.
Back at the party, Martavio gets it into his head that they should have a sing-along. Martavio is the guy at the party who makes you turn off the stereo to have a ~jam session~ (and inevitably someone starts playing “Wonderwall”). In other words, Martavio is the worst person at a party.
Meanwhile, Laura realizes that Marizza, Pablo, and Lola are all missing. Diego and Lujan are like, “Whatever.” Diego’s remarkably blase about Marizza and Pablo both disappearing at the same time. That said, he has nothing to worry about, because Pablo and Lola have snuck off to drink beer in the laundry room. Pablo needles Lola about being too young to drink, so she takes the beer from him and starts chugging. Oh, this will end well.

We finally get back to the secret-sharing party. We don’t see what Vico’s said, but she clearly hasn’t told Mia and Feli about her dad. Instead, she’s come up with something about moving out to the countryside after graduation. Mia and Feli get all upset that Vico’s giving up their dream of living in the city together and staying friends forever, and Vico bitters that adults don’t hold on to their high school friends. Mia blusters that they DO SO, and just because not a single adult in their lives still hangs out with anyone from high school, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible! Nevertheless, she promises to help Vico fulfill her dream of running away to the countryside, if that’s what Vico really wants.

(I should add that my closest friend is someone I met in high school. Of course, she’s literally the only person I still talk to from high school.)
Pilar runs to show Sol her tape, and gushes that she totally got all of Mia’s secrets. Marizza overhears them, naturally, and enlists Lujan to help steal the tape. Lujan puts on a black hoodie and bowls Pilar and Sol over, snatching the tape out of Sol’s hands. HA! Oh, Lujan, you still got it. Lujan hands the tape over, but then they hear Pilar and Sol approaching, looking for the thief. Marizza runs off, tape in hand — and runs right over to where Manuel and Sabrina are cuddling in front of the fire. Wow, all the events in this episode are happening like five feet away from each other, aren’t they? Manuel and Sabrina hear Sol and Pilar’s yelling, and Manuel goes to investigate — he bids Sabrina goodnight, and promises to see her tomorrow. Marizza is scandalized.

Martavio, Rocco, and Belen have a shitty karaoke session. I don’t know why anyone’s clapping for them. Then Sol and Pilar run in, crying that there’s a thief on campus. Martavio’s like, “This is the most pressing issue I’ve ever heard!”, and immediately calls all the students to a meeting. Mia, Vico, and Feli get up from their party to go to the meeting, and immediately see a guy in a denim jacket in the hallway. He’s looking for Feli, and she gasps that he must be the guy of her dreams. Okay, but who is he? Aren’t you a little weirded out that he knows your name, Feli? He tells her that he’s here on behalf of Mateo, to tell Feli to tell Sol that Mateo is leaving on a trip. That’s complex. Just call her, Mateo. Mateo’s friend spills everything about Pablo and Guido’s plan to Feli: they set Mateo up with Sol, to get her to cheat on Tomás, so Tomás would see what kind of girl she is. It never occured to them, of course, that Tomás is just straight up too dumb to see what kind of girl Sol is. Guido overhears this, and is all betrayed that Mateo’s friend is spilling all the beans to Feli. Some people ain’t loyal.

Anyway, Mateo’s friend says that even though Mateo doesn’t give a shit about Sol, he likes her — he just knows the rumors about her aren’t true! He knows this because he met her literally one (1) time at the beach. Now that Mateo’s out of the picture, Mateo’s friend wants to ask her out. Feli’s crushed that Denim Jacket Dream Guy isn’t into her.
Back in the laundry room, Lola is drunk off her ass. Nobody saw that coming! Martavio comes by and tries to open the door, and upon realizing that it’s locked, assumes that the thieves must be hiding in the laundry room. Marizza swings by, too, and she just happens to be the one standing there when Pablo opens the door with a drunk Lola hanging off him. He tries to explain, but Marizza just yells at him for getting a sophomore drunk — she’s not wrong, really — and storms off, dragging Lola with her.

Blas nearly catches Lola being drunk in Marizza’s room, but then he doesn’t.
A few more scenes happen that are completely unimportant: Guido tells Tomás and Pablo about Mateo’s friends spilling the beans. Tomás and Pablo don’t care. Feli tells Mia and Vico that Denim Jacket Guy (Leo) likes Sol instead of her. Mia and Vico don’t care. Cool, let’s move on!
Marizza shows Mia the tape, and Mia’s all, “OMG, you’re the thief!” She’s about to get all offended, but then Marizza plays it for her. Mia’s like, “Oh. That’s me, talking about having sex with Manuel. Awkward.”

Over at Casa Colucci, Papa C’s wailing that this has never happened to him before, physically. “They all say that,” Sonia snarks. She needles him about his tennis-playing friend whose name I’ve already forgotten, and Papa C calls her out on being jealous. Sonia does not like that, at all. She tries to leave, but she has a flat tire, so she has to go back in and asks to use Papa C’s phone. He won’t let her use it, and then they start needling each other about how he won’t lend it to her unless he knows who she’s calling, and she just doesn’t feel like telling him, now does she, and that’s too bad, isn’t it, and JUST MAKE OUT ALREADY. The car people tell Sonia they won’t be able to get to her for like for hours — “Do you know who I AM?” she asks, because she’s a deeply unpleasant person — and Sonia has to wait at Casa Colucci. She helps take care of Papa C, and of course they end up putting their faces real close together and nearly kissing, but then they don’t.

Blas and Martavio call the class to yet another meeting, to discuss Pilar’s missing recorder. “Oh, what were you recording?” Marizza asks, trying to needle her, but Blas shuts her down. “Once again, an activity involving the fourth year has gone wrong,” he says. Heh. He didn’t lie. He tries to get his punishment on, but Martavio holds him back and says that the thief has the rest of the night to come clean before the punishing starts. Why doesn’t Marizza just return the recorder without the tape?

Manuel goes looking for Mia, and finds her in the classroom, holding the tape recorder. She refuses to hand it over, but also refuses to say why. Finally, finally, Marizza comes in and has the idea to separate the tape and the recorder. Mia keeps the tape, and Manuel offers to take the fall for returning the recorder. “Thank you!” Mia gushes at Marizza, and kisses her on the cheek. “UUUGGGH,” Marizza says. Hee. I love them. Mia leaves, and Marizza confronts Manuel about Sabrina. Aw, I love when Marizza is a good friend. Manuel’s like, “She’s just going through a really hard time right now! I’m comforting her! Platonically!” Marizza’s like, “You dumbass, she’s trying to get into your pants.”

“We were cuddling and talking about sex AS FRIENDS!”
Laura cleans Lola up, and tries to tell her to stay away from Pablo. Lola gets all pissy and snipes that Laura can’t tell her what to do, and she thinks she knows everything because she’s their parents’ favorite, blah blah no one understands Lola’s teen angst blah. Laura says that if Lola doesn’t obey her, their parents will send her to live with their grandma. Isn’t that what Lola wanted? Whatever. She says she’ll just run away and live in the street instead. Like half the kids on this show have lived on the street, it can’t be that hard. Nacho did it!
Mia tells Vico and Feli that Pilar was recording them. Feli refuses to believe Sol is involved in any way, because I guess Sol and Pilar running all over school together looking for the recorder wasn’t enough proof for her. Mia says they have to come up with a plan to make Sol back off forever, and Vico agrees. They mock up a fake invitation to a spa and ask Feli to give it to Sol, but Feli refuses to participate. Oh, Feli. She’s just…so dumb. It hurts a little.
Diego drags Marizza off to interrogate her about her whereabouts. Marizza snaps that if he’s going to control her, she doesn’t want to be with him anymore. So…I guess that was a breakup.

Marcos tries to confront Lujan about visiting his mom. Lujan snaps at him that Fernanda’s blinding him to who really cares about him…which she then directly contradicts by saying that she’s visiting for the sake of Marcos’s mom, not for Marcos. So…do you care about him or not, Lujan?

Manuel goes to return the recorder, but he’s caught by Blas. Oh no. I bet he’ll get in trouble, and almost get expelled, but then he won’t be. Quelle shock.
